      I used burning gel you usually use for fondue or catering.

      Make sure you have a proper distance to your camera and lights if you try this – it gets quite hot around the pot of gel. Also if you drop something in it make your floor and whatever is in reach fireproof. Because this gel burns and burns and burns. I put the camera behind a glass plate for this shot.
